Please help us make our church look beautiful for Lessons and Carols on the 18th, as well as for our  Christmas Masses. Many volunteers should be able to do the job quickly! Please stay after Mass and help if you are able to.

Advent Season

Rather Short Advent Season: 4th Sunday of Advent falls on December 24, while Christmas is the very next day, Monday, December 25. Both Days are holy days of obligation. That involves going to Sunday Mass and also going to Christmas Mass. Decide how to accommodate the 2 separate obligations. For us here in this Parish, any of the 3 usual weekend Masses will make up for the Sunday obligation, while any of the 3 Masses for Christmas will make up for the Christmas obligation. For Christmas, we shall have 5 p.m. (Vigil Mass), 10.00 p.m. Mass (for Midnight Mass), and 10.00 a.m. Mass on Christmas Day. The Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God which falls on Monday, January 1, 2018 will not be a Holy Day of Obligation
